A space created by and for Black women entrepreneurs.

Welcome home, Baddie!

🌟 We Celebrate, Honor & Elevate Black Women Entrepreneurs

Baddies with Business is a community for Black women entrepreneurs building businesses in years 0–5. Here, we share our stories, make connections, and tap into the power of community and social capital together.

This isn’t just another networking space it’s ours. Think of it like chillin’ on the porch with your girls, solo cup in hand, swapping ideas and encouragement with women who truly get it.

Here’s What Our Baddie Community Offers You

Connection: A space of belonging to connect exclusively with like-minded Black women entrepreneurs across the country.

Access: Learn from experts during our monthly workshops, get resources, and join conversations that help you grow at every stage.

Trial and Error: Share your stories, lessons, and ideas freely. This is a place to try out new products, get feedback on new services, and brainstorm new pivots in your venture.

Direct Chat: Connect with Malliron, the Baddie behind BWB, and feel the power of leadership that’s personal, authentic, and always approachable.

Communal Inspiration: Find fresh perspective, motivation, and those “I needed this today” moments every single week.

Baddie behind Baddies with Business:

Malliron is an education nonprofit professional, early-stage entrepreneur, and liberatory design thinking coach who is passionate about collaborating with, advocating for, and supporting Black women. When not pouring her heart into this community, you can find her playing roller derby, chillin with Sorors of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, and spending time with friends, family, and her sweet great dane Sauce Piquante.
